I would like to begin by saying that Audi Worcester offers an outstanding service, both in its customer service, and also in its cars. The. Customer service I was offered touched upon reception, and sales where I was warmly greeted, offered a beverage, before being shown my new car, and finally sorting any last minute admin. After this I was shown around the car, with its new features, making sure I was comfortable about the new features on it, then finally I was able to drive it home. Thank you Audi for your helpfulness, attention to detail, and making sure I felt very welcome.

First Volvo that I have bought. From start to finish the whole process was easy and relaxed. Customer service from Ben & Henry was first class. We had a couple of very minor issues with the processing of the order but both guys were on it like Sonic and it was resolved in a timely manner. Hand over of my car and handover to pick up new car was swift and efficient. Would recommend you give them a shot if you are looking for a Volvo.

Highly recommend! A very helpful and reassuring team. The work is done to a very high standard and complete within the set time frame while keeping you updated on even the smallest things. My car now looks good as new, it’s almost like it never received damage. I was looked after by Dan and he got my rear bumper and back right alloy sorted to perfection. I was impressed with the willingness to get my car sorted and having the reassurance from Dan and the team gave me confidence that I was in safe hands. This body shop is high on professionalism and has impressive customer service, ready to help from open to close.
